Do I need an appointment to tour?
No, while we encourage appointments so we can prepare for your arrival, walk-ins are always welcome!
Is there Wi-Fi in common areas?
We do have Wi-Fi in all common areas, stop by for a tour and we’re happy you show you each space in our community.
What options do I have for cable and Internet?
We offer spectrum bulk Wi-Fi and cable in each apartment home at Alta Westwind.
Are there nearby schools or employers?
Yes, Alta Westwind is a prime location! Take a look at our neighborhood page for more details.
What are the income requirements?
Alta Westwind’s requirements are 2.5x’s the monthly income but if a guarantor is needed it will be 5x’s the monthly income.
How long does approval take?
The approval process at Alta Westwind typically takes about 72 hours.
How can I pay rent?
You can pay rent online on our website, in our resident portal rent cafe, or stop in the Alta Westwind office with a check.
Do you offer short-term leases?
Alta Westwind does not offer short term leases at this time. If you have any questions, feel free to ask our team about leasing details.
What do I need for move-in?
On move in day you will need cashier’s check, SCE Account #, renters insurance policy, and a signed lease agreement.
Is parking assigned? How many spaces per apartment?
Our parking is $35 per space and $60 per EV space. One bedrooms receive 1 space and Two and Three bedrooms receive 2 spaces each.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
You can submit requests in the resident portal or in the office.
How long does the application take?
Filling out the application take about 20 minutes. The team at Alta Westwind is happy to walk you through the process.
What lease terms do you offer?
Alta Westwind offers 12-17 month leases.
